      i googled it the meaning of “centering yourself” … there are so many good tips too, i did not aware of that before, as this long i just do what i think … it might be make me easier because i didn’t try to force anything … just let it flow … but off course sometimes i also like you, couldn’t center myself when i was in a chaos/messed up

    1. i don’t care about it my friend … so i don’t have any techniques you asked for … i think it will better for you to focus on your goal … and i think you can’t protect the whole things as you want fully.
      isn’t it good if people plagiate you … it means you are one step ahead i guess.
